Direct and Indirect costs

When an accident occurs there are two types of losses that the organisation may face

• Direct cost- The measurable costs arising directly from the accident.

• Indirect costs- Those which arise indirectly as a consequence of the event indirect costs are often difficult to qualify precisely and may be hard to identify. In certain circumstances they may be extremely high.

प्रतक्ष्य और अप्रतक्ष्य लागत

जब कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो संघठन को दो प्रकार के नुकसान होते हैं |

• प्रत्यक्ष लागत- दुर्घटना से उत्पन होने वाली औसत दर्ज़े की लागत 

• अप्रतक्ष्य लागत- वो घटनाये जो परिणाम स्वरूप उत्पन होती हैं| अप्रतक्ष्य लागत अक्सर सटीक रूप से निर्धारित करना मुश्किल होता है और पहचाना मुश्किल हो सकता है कुश परिसिथितिओ में अप्रतक्ष्य लागत कुश ज़ादा भी हो सकती है ||
