Principle of heat transmission

Fire can be spread in four methods:

• Direct burning- Heat spreads directly through the burning material.

• Convection- Heat transfer from the motion of air, warm air rises over a heat source that brings a cold air to go down.

• Conduction- Heat transfer from one molecule of matter to another.

• Radiation- Heat energy spread by rays passing from a heat source to an absorbing material.

आग चार तरीकों से फ़ैल सकती है 

• डायरेक्ट बर्निंग- आग सीधे जलने वाली सामग्री से फ़ैल सकती है|  

• सवहन/कन्वेक्शन- हीट हवा के स्थान्तरण से फ़ैल सकती है गर्म हवा इसका मुख्या कारन हो सकता है|  

• चालन/कंडक्शन- एक पदार्थ से दूसरे पदार्थ में ऊष्मा का स्थान्तरण| 

• विकिरण/रेडिएशन- किसी ऊष्मा स्त्रोत से निकलने वाली किरणों द्वारा अवशोषित ऊर्जा में ऊष्मा ऊर्जा फैलती है|
